The resolution, approved unanimously, was introduced and read during the council session by a Rutgers University student, Jordan Bucey.
Councilman Joseph Egan and city attorney William Hamilton said they could not recall a similar occurence where a resolution was as swiftly passed after its introduction from the floor. http://www.mycentraljersey.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=200880508008
