From MoveOn: March 19 is the 5th anniversary of the tragic invasion of Iraq. We're organizing hundreds of vigils around the country to honor the fallen, call on our leaders to end the war, and demand new priorities for America. Candle Light vigil to show opposition to five years of senseless war in Iraq. It will take place just north of the Albany Street Bridge on Raritan Ave.(Route 27) in Highland Park, New Jersey. Directions:
From north, take Route 1 south to Highland Park exit onto Woodbridge Ave.. Continue about a mile and a half to Raritan Ave. (Route 27) and make a left. Go about 10 blocks to. Vigil just before Albany Street Bridge to New Brunswick. From south take Route 1 to Route 18 north and get off Highland Park /Raritan Ave. exit (goes over Albany Street Bridge) to site on Route 27.
