1. Click on "Blog" on the Main Menu

2. Login using the Login Form under the Main Menu

3. Click the "New...  " icon above the blog categories

4. Enter an item title, choose a blog category, and type your text

5. Scroll down and click the "Publishing" tab.

6. Change the "State" to "Published.

7. Click the "Save" icon (floppy disk icon) to post your blog entry.
