Eco-friendly plan puts Highland Park in green vanguard |

Thursday, January 03, 2008 Star-Ledger Staff After four years of study, a Highland Park community group has produced a long-term plan to minimize the borough's drain on the Earth's resources through environmentally friendly programs. The "Green Community Plan" includes everything from tougher recycling regulations to strict enforcement of anti-idling laws on borough roads.
